Dr. Gallatin was a presentational trainer and salesperson for a career services firm in Manhattan, assisting mid-and high-level executives seeking new positions and career advice. He also ran a resume service on Madison Avenue for the largest resume service in the United States and was director of Grand Street Settlements Job Cooperative.

I wrote AlwaysWin® to liberate you from the tyranny of rejection. The greatest unspoken concern we have in our personal and business lives is the dread of losing—that is, of being rejected.
